Terms of Service
Our commitment to you is absolute. By engaging with Seastitch Decor, you're entering a voyage where quality and value meet. We handle the sourcing, spatial planning, and styling; you provide the canvas. Isn't clarity the best foundation for creativity?
We've streamlined our design process to be budget-friendly without sacrificing the nautical charm you crave. This agreement outlines how we use your space measurements and preference data to build your dream home.
Payment & Billing
Transparent pricing is the anchor of our business. We require a 50% deposit for all custom furniture selection and decor sourcing packages. Final balances are due upon delivery of your final design board or spatial plan. We don't believe in hidden fees.
Invoices are sent digitally and must be settled within 14 days. We accept all major credit cards and digital transfers via our secure coastal portal.
Cancellations
Change of heart? It happens. Consultations cancelled with 48 hours notice receive a full refund. Let's keep things flexible.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, nautical palettes, and spatial drawings created by Seastitch Decor remain our creative property until the final invoice is cleared.
Liability
While we source the highest quality budget-friendly decor, Seastitch Decor is not liable for manufacturing defects from third-party vendors.
